Important: What Face Privacy Is — and Is Not

We are not an identity theft protection or identity restoration service. Our service is limited to submitting data removal and opt-out requests to facial recognition databases where such processes are available.

We do not guarantee removal from every database or from public articles and public databases. Face Privacy does not provide legal advice, legal representation, credit monitoring, or identity restoration services.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the person you are submitting requests for must be at least 18 years of age, to use our services. By using Face Privacy, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
5. Intellectual Property
Face Privacy’s name, logo, and all related materials are our property or our licensors’. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Face Privacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
